Spring Farm is a master-planned estate in the Camden Council area that has been growing since the first release back in 2007. That means the lawns here are a real mix: brand-new turf going down in the latest streets, and maturing ten-year-old lawns in the established sections near Springs Lake and Riverside Park. The two need slightly different handling, and Adrian sets the mower up for whichever yours is.
It is also a young-family suburb — the median age sits around 30 — so most of our Spring Farm customers are couples and families who simply want the lawn handled without thinking about it. That is what a regular round is for: same crew, same schedule, lawn done while you are at work or running the kids around.
One price, the whole job. Every standard mow in Spring Farm includes:
The right frequency follows the season. Through spring and summer (September to March) the grass grows quickly and weekly mowing keeps it healthy without ever needing a hard cut. In autumn and winter (April to August) growth slows and fortnightly is usually plenty.
Most Spring Farm families settle on fortnightly and step up to weekly over the warmer months. A regular round always works out cheaper per visit than letting it turn into a paddock and calling for a one-off catch-up. Worth knowing too: in NSW there are residential noise guidelines on when you can run a mower — we always work within standard hours, Monday to Saturday.
A lot of Spring Farm sits on the same ground as the rest of the new Camden estates — turf laid over compacted, clay-heavy builder fill. It looks great for the first few months, then can start to struggle and brown off in patches. Mowing it correctly is part of keeping it healthy: right height, sharp blade, and never scalping a stressed lawn. If the soil underneath is the real problem, Adrian can help there too — he supplies quality topsoil and his own mulch, and can topdress a tired lawn. If your newer lawn is patchy, our guide on why lawns turn brown walks through the usual causes.
Most customers start with the mowing and add the rest as they need it — easy to bundle into the one visit.
Spring Farm families are busy. Once you are on Adrian's round, you do not need to think about the lawn again — it just gets done.
